Mr. Schuster joined Hudson Housing Capital in August 2026 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio that includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.

Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Schuster worked as an Asset Manager at Walker & Dunlop, LLC.

Mr. Schuster holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
