Mr. Jones joined Hudson Housing Capital in December 2025 as a Project Manager in the Development Risk Management Group. He is responsible for assessing and managing development risk, both in the acquisition and construction phases.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Jones worked for Hillmann Consulting and Hillmann Development Advisors, where he provided construction consulting services to real estate lenders, investors, and owners overseeing projects throughout New York City and the surrounding metro area.

Mr. Jones holds a B.S. in Operations Management from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.
