Ms. Hill-James joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2024. She is responsible for project management of new transactions.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Hill-James worked on the development team at The Arker Companies, a prominent New York City-based affordable housing developer and manager. At The Arker Companies, Ms. Hill-James was responsible for project management and underwriting for acquisitions, new construction, and rehab deals.

Ms. Hill-James has a B.A. from the New School and a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College.
