Talmadge Senior Village is a development of one and two-bedroom affordable units for seniors in San Diego. The project is sponsored and managed by National CORE (formerly Southern California Housing Development Corporation), one of the largest regional non-profit developers and managers of affordable housing in southern California. The boldly designed complex has units restricted to seniors with low and moderate incomes with rents at a significant discount to comparable market rate complexes in the area. A wide range of social services are provided to the residents.
