Dani Alvarez

Risk Compliance Manager, Engineering

Ms. Alvarez joined Hudson Housing Capital in May of 2023. Ms. Alvarez handles our insurance compliance efforts for acquisitions and stabilized operations. 

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Alvarez worked at Harbor Group Consulting where she was responsible for managing pre-closing insurance and risk analysis, liaising with lenders, borrowers and insurance brokers/agents on multi-family homes, construction and commercial real estate loans. Prior to her time at Harbor Group, Ms. Alvarez was a Senior Underwriter for five years at DurAmerica Brokerage. Ms. Alvarez worked with clients in a variety of commercial industries.

Ms. Alvarez graduated from the CUNY Baruch where she received both a B.A. and M.B.A. in Business Administration in 2013 and 2016.
