AUSTIN GERENTINE

Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Gerentine joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2012. He is responsible for portfolio management, including monitoring property partnerships from the initial lease-up stage through the completion of the compliance period; and for ensuring ongoing Section 42 program compliance.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Gerentine was employed by First Sterling Financial Inc. where analyzed and reported for two tax-credit syndicated funds; and conducted due diligence for a major third-party asset management portfolio for the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.

Mr. Gerentine holds a BS in Finance (Real Estate and Urban Economics) from the University of Connecticut. He a Certified Credit Compliance Professional through The Spectrum Companies.
