Vice President, Acquisitions / Underwriting
Ms. Panariello joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2003. A Vice President in the Acquisitions Group, she is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of properties.
At Hudson, Ms. Panariello works closely with both for-profit and non-profit developers on a range of project types, including new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation and urban scattered sites. Her experience spans financing including Section 236 decoupling, HUD-insured loans, HOPE VI funds, tax-exempt bonds and HOME funds.
Ms. Panariello holds an MBA in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University. Prior to graduate school she was an Associate in the Structural Engineering group at Walter P. Moore and Associates, where she was responsible for the design of office, hospitality, healthcare, and multi-use projects with an average construction cost exceeding $50 million.
Ms. Panariello also holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and an MS in Structural Engineering from Columbia University.
She is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Florida.
