Mr. Ash joined Hudson Housing Capital in April 2016 and is responsible for the day to day accounting function of the low income housing tax credit funds which includes financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.
Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Ash held positions in the Audit and Assurance divisions at RSM US LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he focused on Private Equity and Hedge Fund clients. Subsequent to his time as an Auditor, he served as a third party due diligence analyst providing commercial real estate consulting and advisory services to CMBS originators, investment banks, and B-piece buyers.
Mr. Ash received a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business in 2010 and is currently licensed in the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
