CONTACT INFORMATION

Mr. Clauer is responsible for portfolio management, including monitoring property partnerships from the initial lease-up stage through the completion of the compliance period as well as ensuring ongoing Section 42 program compliance.
 
Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital Mr. Clauer was employed by The Richman Group Capital Corporation, where he oversaw multi-family affordable real estate portfolio operations and compliance and supervised asset management operations for Richman’s 1,200 property portfolio.  Mr. Clauer also provided services to Centerline Capital Group, assisting the company with troubled portfolio management transitions.
 
Mr. Clauer holds a B.S. in Business Management from Lynn University, compliance accreditation through The Spectrum Companies and is a CPM Candidate through the Institute for Real Estate Management.
